I’ve been singing my whole life, professionally since I was 8 years old. Everybody has something to give back to the world, and my voice is what I have to give. I’ve been fortunate to have written, recorded, and self-released multiple albums, and to have played thousands of shows. Yet, it is not easy to stay inspired in a stressful world. I practice mindfulness techniques to get myself into the creative process. This way, the process of being creative is more important than the product. I hope to make music for the rest of my life.

When it comes down to it, all I really want in life is to be creative, have a nice garden, and be a good mom. I’ve accomplished those goals, but as it turns out, those goals are also a continuous effort. These aren’t the type of accomplishments that you check off your list. I also found out that being a mom makes it MUCH more challenging to be creative, and keep up a healthy garden. But, when it’s all in balance, life is just perfect for me.
